PERMITTING & LAND USE

In coordination with the volunteer Environmental and Architectural Committee (EAC), the Permitting and Land Use Department provides administration of all permit and covenant related matters within the Community.  

Permits are required for all buildings, structures, additions, remodels, parking areas, fences, walls, hedges, plantings, patios, driveways, parking pads, decks, enclosures, exterior color changes, exterior shape changes, excavation, and all other site work including grading, road construction, utility improvements, removal of trees, and any new exterior improvement completed on a lot.
