Maintenance Technician & Heavy Equipment Operator

The primary responsibility of this position is the expert operation and upkeep of heavy equipment used to maintain approximately 90 miles of unpaved and rural roads, primarily using a motor grader. Secondary duties include seasonal snow removal and general infrastructure upkeep across the Association’s extensive property. This position is crucial in maintaining access, safety, and quality of life for residents year-round.
